Polyxe

How it works

We measure frequency over a series of answers, not one lucky screenshot.

01

You tick the topics — the services you compete for. We build up to 100 customer questions for them from our phrasing library (“which clinic to choose”, “where to get a cheap ultrasound”).

02

Every week we ask the AI engines each question several times — answers vary run to run, so we measure how often you're mentioned.

03

You get share of voice (SoV — how often it's you they name) by topic, question type and engine, a comparison with competitors and the exact sources the web-search engine cites — where to publish.

One question, fifteen answers

Five AI engines, three repeats each. A filled cell means the brand was named in that answer. Engines answer differently every time, so the report counts how often you are named, not whether it happened once.

namednot named

Engines: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Gemini. Which ones run depends on the plan: Solo — two, Start — three, Pro and Agency — all five.

No "#1 in ChatGPT" guarantees — nobody can promise that honestly. We measure, you fix, the next scan shows growth.

What the report shows

The same report lands in Telegram after every scan, and goes to your client as a PDF.

By AI engine

How often each engine names you — and how often it names anyone of you and your competitors (if almost nobody, that is the engine, not your weakness). Perplexity searches the web and answers from the pages it finds — publications affect it directly; the others answer from memory.

What raises doubts

  • Pricier than the chains

Where the AI answers come from

Engines with web search cite real pages. The report sorts them into directories and review sites where you can get listed, company sites, and portals you cannot influence.

CityDent 24 74% — near-monopoly; sources are open, but not the first priority.

Built for agencies

You sell the result to your client. The tool stays behind the scenes.

The report arrives in Telegram

After every scan the bot sends the summary with buttons to every screen. Forward it to your client as is, or send the PDF.

White-label PDF

The report ships under your logo and agency name. Hand it to the client as your own.

  • SoV — the share of answers naming you, vs competitors
  • Breakdown by topics, question types and AI engines
  • Sources the AI cites — your publishing plan
  • White-label PDF under your logo — hand it to your client as your own
  • Weekly auto-scan + alerts when SoV drops

Weekly auto-scan

Every brand is scanned once a week, on its own day and hour. The report arrives by itself.

Drop alerts

If Share of Voice falls by more than your threshold and more than the margin, the report arrives marked as an alert.

Market language per brand

Questions, topics and the client PDF use the language your client’s customers search in. The interface stays in yours.

Assistant

Ask about the numbers in plain words, or order a publication brief for a weak topic: titles, where to publish, outline, facts to include.

Competitors found for you

The engines name players you did not list. The report surfaces them, and you add the relevant ones to the comparison with one tap.

No dashboard to learn and no logins to hand out. Brands, scans, reports and payment are in one chat.

Questions & answers

Short answers. The assistant inside the bot answers the rest.

What is AEO?
Answer engine optimization: making sure AI assistants name and cite your brand when customers ask them for a recommendation. Polyxe measures how often that happens and shows where to improve.
What is SoV?
The share of AI answers that mention your brand. SoV 40% = you were named in 4 out of 10 answers.
Why do numbers move between scans?
An AI answers slightly differently every time — so we ask each question several times and measure frequency, not a single answer.
Can you guarantee #1 in ChatGPT?
No — nobody honestly can. We measure and show growth points, you fix, the next scan shows the result.
Why does a scan take 1–2 hours?
50 questions × 3 repeats × 5 engines = 750 answers, and engines are not instant. The report arrives on its own — feel free to close the chat.
How do I show the report to my client?
"PDF for client" — the file ships under your logo (set up white-label in Settings).
How do I cancel?
Just don't renew: there is no auto-billing. Your history is kept.
Do I need Telegram?
Yes. Polyxe runs as a Telegram bot, so there is no separate app or account. Your client does not need Telegram: they get the report as a PDF.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in 8 languages. The market language is set per brand: questions to the AI engines, topics and the client PDF use the language your client’s customers search in.
